Tore apart the carb on my poulan weedeater (dried out, varnish) soaked and claened with methyl hydrate, replaced carb kit (diaphram, ect) Problem.... idles fine with choke completely closed (some increase in rmp's with trigger) but open choke to 1/2 and kills engine??? I've tore it apart a million times. Help...any ideas??/ Thanks

I would suggest that you replace the fuel filter in the tank, also the screen in the carby and the diaphrams.
