Marty, the adjuster screws should be able to be adjusted out nough to prevent the front wheels from going too far, turn the wheel in the direction that it is locking on and you should be able to see what I mean, you may even need a longer bolt. As for the heel and toe operation, you can adjust the rod up the front and this will change the position of your foot, bit difficult to get at or see as it is up inside the chasis rail, once you get the split pin out you can screw the rod in or out according to what you want
