need a hand with this one, someone has stuffed around with the carby springs. Pretty sure I have the governor spring right but the other one ?

That second spring shouldn't be there!

That's great, thanks for the info. No wonder i couldn't see a logical way for the spring to be installed. The inside of the carby is in good condition, main jet was blocked, gave everything a good clean and had the motor running for a few minutes yesterday. Will remove the foreign spring and install the governor spring as per picture and should run even better hopefully.
