I just acquired an old McCulloch chain saw and need some info on it. I would like to know the model, approximate year of make, specs, etc. The only number I can find is the serial number stamped on the bottom S 55-5310. It is in pretty good shape, and I would like to tinker with it and get it running again. It has wither a 24 or 26 inch bar, not sure which, and everything is there except for the blade. I need the model number so I know which parts to order if I need any. Would also like to know if an owner's manual can be found for it anywhere. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
