Have been doing a bit of research on Victa outboards, they made a few models, but I haven't found one with the Model 5 engine fitted,,,,Most are from the early to mid 70's. Here's some info:

Gizmo, I have a suspicion that your Model 5 engine may have been retrofitted to an outboard leg of unknown origin at some stage....a interesting addition to your collection though....good score mate!
