Rain, lightning and thunder put an end to my mowing plans yesterday and today there's more coming in.
Managed to get a shattered front wheel workable with some 2 pack tank sealer but the inner races of both rears are solidly rusted onto the axles and the only way to get them off is to wreck the wheels completely.
Have a set of excellent wheels from a trashed Stihl battery mower and will see if I can find bearings with the right dimensions to marry with the Honda axles, or bore out some BBQ type wheels. I can do the axle cut and weld trick but prefer not to waste the time/effort.
