I am trying to find out what this motor came off.

engine number 351 0655. air filter cover WM 151A1, want to try and put it on its correct frame.
And this.

Engine no 13760 19062 airfilter cover no V196.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Victa code comes up as a 1982-83 Utility.With the 3 on the engine number I'd say it would be the 1983,but other than that that's as far as I know.Don't have a lot of series 80's knowledge,as far as identifying.

Now there I can help a little more as it's a series 70.but?
Victa code comes up as a 1977 to 1980 Utility.Yet I'm puzzled as the engine number is from 1976 and although I have nothing in concrete,the closest I could fine was a Cortina 125 engine.
So could this be a bitzer?As that is a store brand base it's on.I'm not sure.

Blumbly. thanks for the id mate, Paul no I havent been to the tip again, i am trying to organise the chaos of my backyard. Mower frames everywhere, tripping over motors. its ridiculous, i just dont know what i have and what goes with what.

That motor on the utility would be the VC-160's motor as the Mustang would have had a G4 carby not a G3 with the plastic fuel bowl.

the mud is not really getting clearer. i understand the motor off the ute i painted goes on a VC 160. is that one of the frames i posted a pic of??

vc160 is the blue one (should be green) , the other is an 80 series mustang from what i can see , should have had a boxy looking dress cowel side starter see where the snorkle rubbed on the body right side

Thanks vccomm he knows that I went though it with him another topic.I think he was just giving a visual aid as the the base the motor on his utility came from.

the upside is I am putting the original motors on the correct frames, I hope????? I feel this is important.
