Probably no manuals available, but you wont need one to repair it. Take the carb off and
open up the side with the one screw, there is
a screen filter down in a little well, it is
probably partially clogged, best and surest way to repair is to replace the screen, also
check the fuel lines for splits and sharp bends, and the filter in the fuel tank.
