Hi all,
This is my first post,so be gentle.
I subscribed to the Following :Lawnmower Parts List & Manuals Area active Yes current status SIGNUP
I received the PayPal email as having paid .
I need some info on a Victa engine.How long do I wait for access?
Just want something to do this afternoon.

I'm told you need to clear your cookies the first time you try to access the manuals, after your payment is acknowledged. Seems like you have an old cookie that says you don't have access, and it doesn't immediately overwrite, so if you clear them, the new one will get written right away.

I've cleared cookies and logged in again,still no change.I deleted the cookies in firefox and rebooted the computer and logged in,still no change.Repeated first step,still no access.:(

I had that. Cleared my cookies and then it worked.

Thanks anyway. I think you have and I have tried to call you but no answer. Note that I have tested and you have access to the area. Can you put step by step on how you are trying to access the parts list and manuals area so that we can see why you are not getting access. TRY THIS:Log in and then click HERE I am at a loss why you can't get in. If this works then you are doing it wrong.
