If I can't find a certain part I would usually ask at a shop that sells the log splitter to let me know where to get parts from or just ask a log splitter parts supplier if they have the part or ask them where to get the part from if they can't help.
A web search threw up Klika which turns out to be a major online retailer but has a showroom in Braeside. Surprised to find they sell log splitters, more surprised they stock parts. Good support in identifying parts, keen pricing, rapid posting. What's not to like !
Yes I have been thinking of getting a 50 ton splitter from them for a year or so, they are way cheaper than everywhere else. Good to know their service is good
