goodo , so you tried starting it yet ? is the cutout working on it , if you can see it which it looks like you can clearly , put it all the way to stop and you should see the centre pin (grey/white one) move towards the brown or black wire if it moves it should be ok , if it doesnt ? you can pull out both wires fr the mpment and just touch them together to kill it if it runs away or just pull of plug lead . what did you pull apart just the float/primer cap or all of it .
if all of it did you make sure the bit with 3 points is in the slots inside the carb' body ?
