If you took the piston off it can be put back on two way the incorrect way and the correct way. Which way do the notches point to then exhaust side or inlet side?

To remove the flywheel off put a socket on the nut and hold the blade plate then hit the extension with a hammer to release the nut.

Otherwise take the engine off the frame and put the sleve for the blade plate in the vice and then undo the flywheel nut.
