Yeah I think so too, but need something to take the mind off a few other things at the momment. I always enjoy a challenge!!
Is it just me or is there something wrong with the base on yours where the front axle goes on?? Looks like the LH side in the pic is sitting too far back. Mine has sloppy clips holding the axles and a bit of wear in the height relay arms holes.
You are right there, what has happened is the front axle has retaining clips which hold it to the base, these have collpsed (rusted out) and allowed the adjuster rod from the back to over centre and drag back the wheel and under a bit. I suspect this is why it was dumped, if you have a look at the blades in the photo there is evidence of them stiking the adjuster rod which runs underneath from the rear to the front. I'll take some more happy snaps to clarify and post...
