No I havn't found any cracks in the base. I think that part would come up pretty tidy with a new bush on the axle & axle keepers other than that it is missing one front wheel cap. I dont think it saw much action, going by the piston skirt and inside the base...The carby appears fine (other that the water high water mark)
I figured it might be a bit odd /rare, mmmmmm a pretty punishing 1st resto project....
