It shouldn't be too bad, that engine is not to hard to find, and usually in good nick, the rest is cleaning, re-shaping (that front wheel looks a bit off line) and maybe painting.

I would imagine the hardest part is if you want to replace the 'Special 160' sticker.(mind you, the cowl could use some work, so if a suitable replacement can be found, you may get a better sticker on that)
