Yet another company has gone to the USA. Below is the letter we received today.

Dear Customer,
I am writing to you today to inform you that MTD Australia Pty Ltd has agreed to purchase the assets and business of Rover Mowers Ltd.

It is expected the sale process will conclude with MTD taking control on the 1st April 2010
During the period from now until conclusion of the sale, Rover will continue to provide you with the same level of service you have always enjoyed.

In the near future, you will no doubt be contacted by MTD Australia Pty ltd. Rover would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and
loyalty over the years and we wish you every success in the future.
