Hi Tyler,
135mm x10mm seems to work fine, a while back I bought the bottom pulley off a PT tilt a cut and the disc was huge, 10mm thick but I didn't measure the diameter but at a guess it would have been 200mm. I cut it down with the oxy and turned it down to 135mm and it works perfectly. As long as it weighs more than a blade carrier and boss it will work fine. I also had a problem with a F/C tac kicking back and I put it aside for 12 months or so and then I made up a 100mm diameter cup about 10mm deep and I filled it with lead and that fixed that one up perfectly. The problem with the tac's they suffer the same problem of not enough spinning mass on the crank and the belt drive does not transmit any weight to the crank. All the time I spent messing with decomp valves was not needed, once I got my head around the cause of the problem
The reason I have gone for the 135 diameter is because it fits through the base on the later 600's without any issues
