Can confirm I am alright
We had massive rain burst early june which has caused me massive headaches
Completely flooded through 2 sheds so have installed guttering on them
Really showed some soakwell issues and more worryingly issues with near new guttering (bit bullet last year as originals were stuffed) so have been chasing up tradies getting work done under warranty.
Then had to sort out new flyscreens for summer
Have filled 3x 3m cube skip bins in 2.5 weeks with green waste including a 7metre high giant bird of paradise palm which (due to unknown rot in the middle) dangerously let go and nearly took out one of the sheds.
Also in the process of finishing retic for summer (out digging a difficult trench today and will hire a trencher to do the rest).
Will be behind a plate compactor for a while this weekend to level out some paving as well as my nan decided to climb across a crooked paver to pick camellia flowers and fell flat on the ground last sunday and ripped open her finger. She won't allow a nurse in the house so the finger is my main repair project at the moment haha
Had a larger hot water system installed for her on thursday and it s**t itself straight out of the box (ended up being a dodgy thermostat).
Been trying to sell the old (well only 1.5 year old) one on gumtree and have dealt with at least 10 fwits who want it - then an hour before pickup go "can you hold it for 4 weeks", "can you deliver 20km away", etc.
Have gone through a couple of mowers last month and sold them off pretty bloody easily, but have spent more time behind machines than fixing them in the last month.
