The access to the area usually takes about 5-10 minutes to go through and I have checked and you do have access to the parts list and manuals area for lawnmowers/ride on manuals area.

Post again if you are still having problems but all should be well. If you need more information uploaded just post on the forum and we will do our best to get it up.
