Hi guys, I'm having trouble with a Hydrogear Transaxle - Model:- 319-0500 fitted in my Husqvarna LTH130.

It was leaking oil badly so it was time to pull it out, strip it down and sort it all out. A pretty easy job from what it appeared.

The problem is 2 bearing shells laying in the bottom of the top case that the swashplate sits on. One was broken and the other cracked where they are attached to the case.

The current problem is getting replacement parts and then working out how to fit them. In the above image they appear to be riveted to the case using some of the case material??

According to my local parts place they are not listed as parts in my model when they look them up.

I have them listed in some Husqvarna information I got online and even have a part number but that part number means nothing to my parts guy or even to Husqvarna Parts in Australia.

The Husqvarna paperwork I have lists the part as:-

Key No:- 7
Part No:- 532142935
Description:- Bearing, Cradle

I'm hoping that someone here has come across this problem and can shed some light on how to sort this out.

Below is the parts list for your model transaxle and we will also be uploading a service manual to the parts list and manuals area of the forum later today. Let us know the item number that you are chasing from the parts and we will advise the availability etc.

Hi Bruce thanks so much for your reply here and for proving the PDF file. I have that one already as well as the Service Manual and Owners Manual for the ride on and for the Transaxle.

The problem is I also have another PDF file from Husqvarna that shows the part I need and it's Husqvarna Part Number listed for my model as well as for model 310-0500.

The parts I need are circled in red.

This is where the confusion kicks in.

One document doesn't list these parts but another one does and both documents say they are related to my Transaxle model..

An update on this topic..

I had to replace the upper case that came with the new bearing shells already fitted in place. I also replaced all the seals and rebuilt the transaxle, completely.

Now I have another problem but that's to do with the braking system, so I'll start anew post about that part.

I have the same model mower/transaxle and it has reached the point where when the trans heats up the drive disappears and won't move at all.

My question is how did you find the replacement parts, can new stock still be purchased or did you have to buy second hand bits ??

Hi Darren, sorry for the long delay in replying to your query..

I bought all the parts I needed new back in June 2016, some from my local Mower Shop - Ingleburn Mowers in Ingleburn and the half case from the USA.

Hydrogear Seal Kit (to suit 319-0500) 70312HG $65.00
Hydrogear Seal 4507HG $ 7.00
Hydrogear Bolt 44876HG $ 4.00

Hydro Gear Lower Housing 532142986 $120.00 - USA
Hydrogear Filter 532169893 $ 39.20

As for where I found them, I got the part numbers from the PDF File images I posted in my original post and went to my local mower shop. They got them in for me.
