I have only just subscribed to your site (have not received a password yet - username is xr6digga), hopefully you can help me..

I have a Ryobi Grass Ranger whipper snipper (22cc). When I try and start it the pull cord just pulls all the way out and of course the motor doesn't even try and start. It's been working fine but this sort of thing always happens when you have lots of edges to trim.
any ideas?
