Hello,

I have just purchased an old powertorque victa, I don't know what model. It starts fine but does not appear to have any control over speed, it either runs flat out or stops. I presume there some sort of governor adjustment required, on a B&S I know what to do, but i have not touched a victa before. Is there any information or tips you can give me before I start pulling it apart? It has a plastic carby with a primer buld.
