i would like to use my vortex engine to power my old ride on.....disc removed 2.5 inch pulley attached.....did the old disc act as a fly weight....would i need to add weight to the pulley to make up for the disc ive removed...ps i only want to drive my old ride on /iVE already removed the cutting deck...
Any ideas/help would be much appreciated

The blade plate acts as a flywheel so you will need to put a pulley on the shaft to make up the difference otherwise the engine will kick back and throw out the timing.
