Hi i recently just rebuilt a 12 year old victa 125cc and it goes first pull and has alot of power but when i put it on my motorized scooter which is a push start it will not even turnover is it because the piston is facing strait up and the carb is in a different position now because i have no idea?

What do you have on the end of the crankshaft as this is important?

I have a 2 inch pulley off the engine and 19 inch off the wheel
