I have just purchased a second hand Masport 2500 shredder. It needs some work on it and I am trying to find an owners manual.
Any clues

Hi
I have just purchased a second hand Masport 2500 shredder. It needs some work on it and I am trying to find an owners manual.
You mentioned earlier in the thread you would place the manual under the parts.
Could you please give the url?
Thanks

The parts list for the CS2500 Electric Chipper is now in the parts list & Manuals area under Questions on Chippers, Mulchers & Shreaders area. I am still chasing down the owner manual and this could take at least another couple of weeks.

Hi, I am also looking for the manual of this chipper which I just bought second hand. Needs sharping, so the first job is removal of the blades! I have made a donation to the board, please let me know when I will have access to the manuals threads. Thanks!

xioz, In order to get access to the parts list and manuals area of the forum you need to subscribe to that area. From memory the blades are reversible and all you need to do is remove the roll pin and undo the nut and then flip the blades over. All you need is a roll punch tool, Hammer, Socket and socket wrench. Once you remove the roll pin place the socket on the nut and the socket wrench on the socket and give it a hit with the hammer to loosen the nut.
