finishing putting the second colt 5 back together noticed a few things that where missing off the other colt this brake item is one of them
the brake arm assembly, there's a brake pad on the disc at back then a rod goes over to right side then down towards the front clips into Centre
a rod also runs down from from front, in the photo item in green is also listed as brake assembly and according rover diagram it's where it goes
should be there is also supposed to be another brake rod
anyone know if this is the right setup
might explain why the brake does not work on the other mower

already got that shows the parts but not where the rod fits onto

Go back and have another look I have just uploaded the owners manual for the Colt 5 and 8 model which might help.

update managed to find the rod and fit it but as to how this works with brake is odd
the rod runs from the green bracket toward front of mower on left side while the other
2 brake rods run down right side and across the back to the disc
just have to try it and see what happens
