G'Day Kings of the Outdoors,

I'm in desperate advice on how to separate the ratchet/wagon wheel from the rear roller.

As you can see from the dirty old pic, I've inherited a slight headache with no/extremely worn bolt heads.
I started trying with easy outs and grinding a screwdriver slot in what was left of the bolt to attempt to unscrew them with a flat blade to no avail.

I then ground the bolt heads off and drilled the remaining thread out.

I've tried the following to separate:
Soaking the Rear roller in acetone/veggie Oil mix

Map Gas - front roller shaft inserted and Gently/Rough as guts hit on the spokes
Little taps with a fine flat blade to create a gap where the Wagon wheel meets the roller.

Please Help, I'm concerned I've run out the patience which will result in me slogging it thus wrecking the roller and cutting my resto journey short.

thanks

Can you stick a screwdriver though from the hole in the other side and give it a few gentle shocks. there is a lot of friction to overcome on the edges, plus its stuck to the flange it beds up to.

If I were at that point, I would be resorting to sticking the whole thing in the freezer overnight, having 2 people ready so as soon as it comes out hit the outer roller edge with the map torch and the other person tapping the screwdriver with a hammer to try and shock it.

Yeah I watched the love larn video
That rear roller is pretty much pristine . He basically lifted it out with the slide hammer 🤣
I know it's more the process then anything but It hasn't worked as easy for me.

Having said that I'll attempt to clean it more should be the same theory
