Having trouble contacting them via email or phone .... chasing 2 parts I ordered a month ago.
Anyone else having issues ? Are they still trading ??

Nothing new, they take s***house service to the next level. Stuff that is "instock" on their website has be discontinued by suppliers for 2+ years. They take your money then you have to fight tooth and nail to get it back. Amazed they are still allowed to trade given the amount of issues I have seen with them

From memory they are owned/run by the same guy that has Mcarthur Mowers (same address as well). Try Mcarthurs phone number

What parts did you order? Good chance they are either backordered or simply discontinued by the supplier and you are in for more pain trying to get your money back

Good to know the service is bad as I was going to buy from them but won't now.

Just a clutch cable or a Victa Imperial 16" and SB front roller ends.

Can get these from elsewhere .. but AMS where a little cheaper. That'll teach me.

I'll see if I can use paypal to retrieve $$

I sincerely apologise for this. It does look like the part is NLA.

Usually our supplier will notify us of this but I cant see that they have. I will go ahead and provide a refund for you.

Is there some crossover here between them and Macarthur Mowers? I went over the counter at Mac Mowers a couple of years ago and although it took a bit of time they came up with the goods at a reasonable price. (bits for MTD trimmer)
