Hi,
Looks like a quick fix, carb bulb, new lines..... easy.
But I can't get the spark plug out.........
I sprayed it with penetrating fluid.... left for 3 hours..... still no luck. I belted the plug spanner with a wooden mallet.....
I'll let it soak for a few days.... try again, last ditch effort, break off porcelain off plug and use a socket. I've only got two plug sockets and they don't fit....
Bit of corrosion inside and outside........
It won't beat me.....

I had a stuck spark plug the other week, ended up putting the impact wrench on it and it literally only went "ugga dugga" once and it let go without damage

The other thing I would say, try new lines and primer, see if it will get running with the current stuck plug, get it red hot and try pulling the plug then

Funnily enough I was given a tm251sst yesterday - was used once in 2005 and put away - like new. New lines and off it went, great little trimmer

Rattle guns are amazing things, until they snap the head clean off or strip the thread haha

They usually get you out of trouble.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
