Picket up this nice Cheetah 4HP mower with a broken pull starter.. hardly looks like it had ever been run.. I decided to fit it to a spare Victa chassis that was sitting around and fitted a Masport Quadcut blade to it.. Although it starts and runs fine, it seems a bit lacking in power.. picks up revs when you manually work the governor arm. The emulsion tube that came out of the carb is a 007..and is the one at the top of the pic..it has the largest holes.
