Hi BT, this is a potential fix for the sidethrow I got from you. Victa PT, am able to get the pull start to work in this in that position and a cowl will fit, just have to cut the fuel tank out because it is sitting over the top of the barrel. This means it will need a remote tank mounted on the bars. I will give one of the long shaft PT's a hone and a set of rings and it will be a great slasher.
