I need help. I have a 20" Protea S1510 reel mower. When I start the mower the throttle keeps going back to half rat power. I've tried adjusting the throttle and I think I've got it but when I start it again the throttle just goes back to half power. Can someone please help me out or is there a member that lives close by to Success, WA that can help.

I don't know anything about what motor you are talking about, but I'm assuming that it is just working on the governor as it should
