H i Guys I have an issue where when I want to logon I click on the login icon on the home page and the forum page opens but I am not logged on. As previously suggested I delete the expired cookies, this makes no difference at all. The procedure that I have been using is as follows, Click on a members profile, This takes me to the "you do not have access page, there is a login box at the bottom of the page. I enter my details and I am in. Unfortunately when I close the site I must go through this procedure every time I want to login. Another thing that I noticed is that when I come back to the site, in the "Who's online Now" shows that I am still logged on. But yet I for me to participate on the forum I must go through the logon procedure as stated. Regards Arty

Hi Arty That's an odd one. I would find this situation infuriating!
There must be something wrong here.
I will send this link to Bruce. I'm sure he can resolve it.
Thanks Jack

Note that I have logged in as you and tested and all works as it should. 1. Login 2. Click on name top right 3. Click on cookies 4. Then click Expire cookies 5. Login and all will work. Note that if you are just expiring your cookies in your browser you might have issues and not knowing what browser you are using does not help. We prefer using Mozilla so that you don't have any issues.

Here is a link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/Also you could try disabling AVG to see if that sorts out your issue.

Hi Bruce, I have logged on this time using Firefox. I had to logon using the round about method again. My antivirus program is AVG and I do not want to turn it off to access the forum. This antivirus program has anti tracking installed, could this be the problem? I have tried all of the other sites/forums that I use and all of them work. I entered the Outdoor King Shop using the logon box and it also worked properly. Is there a way to reset my account, or, register. Maybe this will solve the issue Regards Arty PS thank you for your assistance

Hi Bruce, I am now able to logon in the normal manner. I am back to using the AVG browser and I did not make changes to the AVG antivirus program. In fact I have done nothing to try to resolve this issue. I got very frustrated with it so I closed it down and had a few days away from it. Today I thought I would try again and to my surprise everything works as expected. Regards Arty
