Hi Guys,
Crazy and very excited! First time I see this massive Victa 2-Stroke self-propelled mower purchase on Facebook for $60 for the two units. The construction is solid especially the gearbox and alloy frame. I would like to feature this unit on YouTube but I need your opinions and experience with this mower to tell the viewers about the mower history and some information than just fixing the carburetor. Thanks,
CM

G'day CM

This mower is a Victa 550 https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=48510

Should be a model number sticker on the end of the air filter housing.

From what I can see both look in good condition,Great buy ,the 550 has a split snorkel .

Cheers
Max.

Hi Max,

Thanks for the forum link and info. Doesn't have the sticker on the cowling but the model shown next to the air filter is PDD201K.

Hi CM and Norm

I haven't kept many records after 1991 but I know the PDD model is from 1990s to early 2000 ,

parts list here CLICK HERE then get the PDF from the one at the top of the page.

pre 1991 model list here if any one doesn't have a copy https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/pages/Victa/Models/Models_1970_1991.pdf

The exact year of manufacture may be taken from the stamped numbers on the side of the alloy head or remove the carby
and the year may be cast onto the cast iron crank housing.

Cheers
Max.
