What I noticed is that the rover has a much faster land roll speed ( with lever fully engaged ) than the other 2 which is not to my liking.

wceMy understanding is that SB45 and Rover 45 have similar transmission ratios.
Of course you can adjust the clutch cable to reflect your preference for
desired speed at full trigger.
I do not recommend that, as the other variable is engine RPM.
The hair-trigger is most rewarding when you set RPM to desired full engagement.
It's poignant that Scott Bonnar used the metaphor of the Colt pistol in
original advertising. It was always about
finesse of feel.
I personally don't like full engagement at full trigger deflection.
It feels like a wet bus ticket.
I set full engagement at about three-quarter trigger.
