Just in case anyone wants the full doc in one chunk which is compressed a bit more, here is what I was given a few months ago.

Also included is the subsequent 81- End of L head manual (2012?)

Also have a few one page docs from bulletins I was given which I will try

Edit, I will try a few things as they are too big

With regard to 1919-1981, can't get it below 8mb, so stick with Max's good link

The 1981 onwards manual, I can't get below 9mb, so I don't know how to do either

One way would be to log into Google Drive https://www.google.com/intl/en_in/drive/

Then upload the PDF and then copy and past the link here on ODK

The only problem it asks for permission when someone wants the download then you must log in to give permission every time
so probably not worth the hassle.

Hi Max

Unfortunately, I do not use the google accounts

Turned out the cover page was 6.8 mb haha

I have used Acrobat to divide up the files

If Jack or any of the other Mods would like to add it into the briggs area in full, or have a better way to divide it up, just send me a message and I can send it (and a couple other briggs docs) in full to an email address or similar
