No idea where you would get any info on it Widget, you just have to make it work by whatever means you have available and I don't mean cable ties but if that rocks your boat then that is ok by me. For bushes you can try a piece of garden hose, split it down the middle so it can go over the axle. As for the height adjuster bar, once you have the front axle secured in place, set the deck so it is sitting fairly level and then bend the bar so that it fits in the front and rear pivot points. You need to set the base with at least the right hand wheel touching the ground, left hand wheel is off so you can work on the bar. Probably will need the left rear off as well so you can remove and refit the bar as you test fit it
