When I found the mower, it had a rope tied to the lever... now I think I know why.
@Blended, how did you get the pictures to show up ?
@carby, yeh, got frustrated and gave it a couple boots. It's pretty much just the front-right wheel that's buggered, everything else should be right. The red plastic on top I think might have already been broken, or loose, but some plastic glue might be in order.
