Hi JAP,

I've just started using an electrolysis bath a few weeks ago with tremendous success. The only negative is it takes 24 hours for each lot of parts you hanging the bath depending on the bath size. I had to do the chassis end for end, thus it took around 48 hours to do it ensuring that the chassis didn't touch the two large flat bar anodes I had sitting on each side.

Check out the following link, it's more about installation but removal is rather simple. The clutch assembly should be removed initially and then it's merely the removal of the drive gear and then undoing the 6 nut and bolts which hold the carriers to the side of the chassis.

Let us know how you go.

Cheers,
BB.

I live a 24 Hour lifestyle, but every now and again I seem to fall asleep, well at least that's what my wife tells me.
