No issues with that reel at all. An experienced person would have that back in shape within a couple of minutes. I gather you are going to get the reel ground and if so I would get the person doing that job to do it for you. Lets hope he doesn't charge you for it though as it's part n parcel of doing the reel grind as its nothing serious. Now if it was a broken blade I would expect a charge for that work.
BTW you've got plenty of material on that reel for a few more reel grinds in the future.
