Thanks guys, I've had a look a few videos of the speedi-sleeves, they look great. I also saw a video of Belzona 1111 being used in a bearing housing, they just whacked it in and pushed the bearing in (video below).
I've got a few pulleys in that wheelbarrow of parts, some look the wrong size, and some have bearings rusted in them, might see if they can be salvaged.
