Unfortunately you still cant see the throttle control but it does show you its correct position and cable run...

Also this ad appears to show your model(RH Carby) and further confirmation of the Carby/filter setup...

Another odd thing is, the only other snorkels and filter screen images ive seen like yours are on Popes....Very strange.
