I'm not sure if it actually had a Kirby fitted originally as it has the lower legs on the handle bar bent to suit the rear mounted tank on a Briggs engine. The Kirby fitted machines didn't require this as the tank was forward mounted, thus having straight lower legs.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
