I should have mentioned, I found the part numbers-
671-04001-213 Gasket
670-04001-211 Diaphragm
674-04001-211 Valve
from a manual for a TBC-373 at http://www.manualslib.com/ It's not exactly the same machine but its close, and the pump is the same unit.
Where did you get your part numbers Bruce? I couldn't find anything on them.
The shop has sold out and can't get anymore, there's a website in America that has them in stock but then I have to deal with American Postage, Which is several times the price of the part.
I was wondering if I could just get a bulb/walbro type carb off ebay, and bolt that on instead, I think they have the pump internal? And from what I've measured the bolt spacing should fit.
How accurate do I need to be with my jetting for the carb? There's tons on there for 49cc-ish engines.
