I added some photos of the Model#, Carburettor O53B UI?, and the pump/primer for your further comment.

The pump/primer may be the problem, no fuel flow after primimg or a few attempsts to start. Have replaced the fuel filter, lines and cleaned the pump.

Any suggestions on whether there is an OEM lit for the pump etc?
