ahh I meant the coil. anyhow the governor springs arrived this week, after an 8 week delay (they sold them not in stock and ordered them from overseas). so I will work on the mower again sometime soon. my question though was how and where exactly the cutofff connects to under the seat, regardless of where the other end goes.
