Its actually one of the Victa 'Razor designs - the throttle is in the middle of the handle (in the photo it blends in with the right hand bail brake mounting point
Although we all know too well that many PT's were practically a fixed speed motor from the factory. haha
Interesting about the kohler conductive pad
Have heard kohler have also jumped on the 'No oil change required' bit
