Pretty sure it would have been a pommie export as I was under the impression they had great issues in exporting to the USA. Still would have swing backs in UK
Am fairly sure you can get some after market 'flail' blade kits, but I know how strict their blade tip speed laws are over there - if you have a 22in direct drive push mower it works out something stupid like 2400rpm from the factory haha.
