Hey guys, I was hesitant to post the serial numbers because of the confusion around the 1970's codes. I was almost %100 sure I (A "NEWBEE") was going to have to prove that my 73-74 mowers, were in fact, 73-74 mowers.
I am new to collecting these amazing pieces of art, history and an amazing amount of engineering! But I'm not new to researching, working on mowers and determination to get answers!
Im really really happy that you Maxee, expected the reasoning that MF and I put forward about the G3 carbys! I hope you can sit back pretty happy today knowing your VC125 is all original!!! Now, get that mower out of the garden and clean it up! Or at least keep it out of the weather! They are rare!!! To the right collector they are extremely valuable, just ask MF!
