Hi Maxee. I'm putting together a strong argument that the formula on this forum isn't right. It makes all of my 1973-74 range mowers engines made in 77 but so far, of the 3 I've checked (with the g3 carbys) 2 of them have 4th digit 7 fith digit 3 and one 7 and 5. I don't think it's just the 4th, I think it's the 4th and 5th!

I've got 3 more to check tomorrow!
